We provide interim financing for manufactured, modular and panel homes. All homes must be attached to a lot that is included in the financing. We will provide the interim loan upon the borrower's approval of all required items including a take-out letter from a lender. All conditions must be approved by the take-out lender except for the final inspection. 

With 24-48 hours, we can close and will pay off the land, disburse the dealer cost of the home, and provide fifty percent of the construction cost, i.e., foundation, utilities, etc. The balance of the construction costs are paid upon the final take-out.
